Greetings! I'm Steffi Saint-Pierre, a certified ServiceNow System Administrator with CIS-ITSM, ITILv4, CSM, and CSPO certifications. My journey combines a Master's in Public Administration with extensive IT expertise, uniquely positioning me to bridge technical implementation with organizational objectives.
I discovered my true passion for project management in the most hands-on way possible by diving into project coordination while developing my ServiceNow expertise. The daily dance of orchestrating technical implementations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely deliveries isn't just challenging; it's genuinely exciting! I've learned that a project manager's strategic approach, combined with deep technical knowledge, sets the tone for the entire implementation journey, much like a conductor leading an orchestra.
My journey with ServiceNow began with building custom applications and automating workflows, but what captivates me is seeing how these technical solutions transform entire organizations. While I take pride in my ability to develop testing frameworks and design intuitive service portals, I've found my most excellent satisfaction comes from bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business needs.
As I've grown in my career, I've naturally gravitated toward leading initiatives rather than just implementing them. When I'm crafting project roadmaps or facilitating stakeholder workshops, I draw on my technical expertise to ask the right questions and guide teams toward practical, innovative solutions. There's something incredibly rewarding about helping business leaders envision what's possible with ServiceNow and bringing together the right people and resources to make it happen.
I'm particularly drawn to program and product owner roles where I can shape the strategic direction of ServiceNow implementations while keeping teams aligned and energized. My approach combines careful planning with adaptability, whether I'm prioritizing a product backlog, coaching team members through complex technical challenges, or ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business value.
